Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By visiting or using Crochet Glee (the "website"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Using the Website

Crochet Glee is intended for personal use. You may read our patterns and tutorials, print them for your own use, and share links to our pages. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Our Patterns, Toy Safety and Your Responsibility

Our guides use identified crochet references and AI-assisted drafting. We preserve supported construction details, check stated stitch counts where they can be verified, and identify missing information. A source companion is intended to be used alongside the credited pattern. Generated pictures are design illustrations and do not establish physical testing. Report a suspected mistake through the contact page with the source and step number.

Items you make for babies and young children are your responsibility: safety eyes, buttons, beads and other small parts are not safe for children under 3. Embroider facial features instead, sew every piece on securely, and check finished toys regularly. If you sell toys, follow the toy-safety rules that apply where you sell them.

4. Intellectual Property

Crochet Glee publishes its own editorial guides and illustrations, with source patterns credited to their creators. A link or a color variation does not transfer ownership of a source pattern. Consult the original designer’s permissions before copying a pattern, redistributing it or selling items made from it. Please share links to our guides with clear attribution instead of republishing their text or images.

5. Advertising, Affiliate Links and Third-Party Links

The website may in the future be supported by advertising or affiliate links. If we add them, some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; it never changes what we recommend. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, prices, or practices of any retailer, advertiser, or external website.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, free of harmful components, or that all information will be complete or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crochet Glee is not liable for indirect, consequential, or other unforeseen losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including any pattern, material estimate or finished-size estimate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the last-updated date above. If you continue to use the website after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact Us
